The Story Behind NeuroSomatic Art
I am a childhood and adult survivor of unimaginable situations that occurred over the course of 30+ years of my life. I struggled with missing or dysregulated emotions and nervous system. I struggled with behavioral challenges, impulse decisions, relationships (especially trying to get closer to God), limiting beliefs, self-sabotage, and more.
During my healing and recovery journey, I tried a variety of healing strategies. Some have helped. But the one that has helped me the absolute most, was in fact, NeuroSomatic Art. I was able to find and regulate my emotions, release trapped emotions, release behaviors/challenges, release anger, shame, guilt, stop a ruminating mind, feel more calm, attentive, and instill new patterns that create NEW neural pathways just by drawing.
People starting see the changes before I noticed. It was weird, yet amazing. I was a whole new being.
That is when I decided to become the founder and creator of NeuroSomatic Art.
I carried that pain of my circumstances for many years, and I don't want anyone else to do the same. NeuroSomatic Art came to be for those who have mental health challenges and trauma. I want to use this proven method to help each of you transform like the caterpillar into a butterfly. Whole body freedom because it releases from the mind and body.
